We all make mistakes. Mine was hoping for the best from a new vendor, and receiving much less.

After all this time and experience I've accrued I felt I kind decipher the good from the rest, but learned a lesson on arrogance by hiring someone that could talk the talk, but would not walk any further than it took to get paid.

I've been up for many days and nights making right by my customer because they never, ever should need to worry about my labor problems when it comes to their website and goals for the Internet and can say today that all are happy and the site is performing even better than anticipated.
