Over the weekend I participated in my very first cooking competition and had a phenomenal time!
Did I have the time or the energy after a long week of work to spend an entire day on my feet cutting and preparing enough for 200+ to try, not so much, but I did it anyway and will always be grateful I did.
Not only did I learn a bunch, I met a lot of cool people and maybe will get some new business from it all as well so who knows what you get when you try, but you're sure to get something from it.
