Google has a new Panda; Is your website ready to improve?

The much-awaited Google’s Panda 4.0 update has been released! Matt Cutts, the head of the Webspam team at Google, announced through Twitter. The effect of the update on websites:
1) Panda 4.0 is targeted towards sites that contain poor quality content and yet, find their way into Google’s top search results.
2) Google now identifies sites and accurately sorts poor content from the quality ones before ranking them.
3) Cutts also stated that the Panda 4.0 update affects 7.5% of English queries to a certain degree.
